Few time-tracking apps offer Telegram. With FicharConMovil, employees write “I’m here” or “Done for today” and an AI assistant reads the message and records the time entry, with Telegram reminders if someone forgets to clock in or out.

Telegram is rare in time tracking: of the products we reviewed, only Control Laboral and Fichagram document clock-in via Telegram, with messages such as “Validar” or a bot with buttons. Neither mentions artificial intelligence.
In FicharConMovil an AI assistant interprets the employee’s reply: “I’m here”, “Starting”, “Done” or any natural-language confirmation. Each message is linked to the employee and recorded with its timestamp.
FicharConMovil is the only solution in Spain offering clock-in via WhatsApp and Telegram with an AI assistant, an optional service added to the time-tracking app.
There is no magic word to memorise: the assistant interprets the employee’s reply.
Telegram is already on your team’s phones. Clocking in happens where employees already are.
Each reply is linked to the employee (through the phone number registered for them) and recorded with a timestamp.
Example written to illustrate how it works; it is not a real screenshot and it does not come from a customer. The exact wording of the reminders and of the assistant’s replies may vary. The assistant writes in Spanish by default; the example is translated.
Employees can record their arrival, breaks and departure with everyday phrases. Anyone who would rather not use Telegram can clock in from their phone or any browser on the same platform.
The assistant messages the employee on Telegram when their shift starts and ends, and warns them if they forget to clock in or out, for example the departure. A forgotten entry gets fixed on the spot instead of at the end of the month, when nobody remembers when they left.
Employees see their list of time entries and the hours worked in the current shift in their web panel, and managers generate working-time, overtime and absence reports by employee, site or period. Telegram is the way in; the record lives in the platform, not in the chat.

Article 34.9 of Spain’s Workers’ Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) requires employers to record the start and end time of each employee’s working day, every day, and to keep the records for four years. The Court of Justice of the EU requires an objective, reliable and accessible system (judgment of 14 May 2019, case C-55/18).
The rule does not say through which channel employees clock in. Telegram can be the way in, but the record has to be stored in software that timestamps it and prevents tampering; a group chat where everyone types their own time is unlikely to offer those guarantees. Always offer an alternative to anyone who prefers not to use a personal phone: FicharConMovil also works from any browser.
