With FicharConMovil, employees write “I’m here”, “Starting” or “going for lunch” and an AI assistant reads the message and records the time entry. No commands to learn, no extra app to open, and WhatsApp reminders if someone forgets to clock in or out.

Many apps let employees clock in on WhatsApp, but most ask for a specific keyword (“entrar”, “salir”, “Entrada”, “Salida”) or a menu of options. If the employee types anything else, the message is not understood or they get a list of allowed actions back.
In FicharConMovil an AI assistant interprets the employee’s reply: “I’m here”, “Starting”, “Done” or any natural-language confirmation. Each message is linked to the employee and recorded with its timestamp.
FicharConMovil is the only solution in Spain offering clock-in via WhatsApp and Telegram with an AI assistant, an optional service added to the time-tracking app.
There is no magic word to memorise: the assistant interprets the employee’s reply.
WhatsApp is already on your team’s phones. Clocking in happens where employees already are.
Each reply is linked to the employee (through the phone number registered for them) and recorded with a timestamp.

Employees can record their arrival, breaks and departure with everyday phrases. Anyone who would rather not use WhatsApp can clock in from their phone or any browser on the same platform.
The assistant messages the employee on WhatsApp when their shift starts and ends, and warns them if they forget to clock in or out, for example the departure. A forgotten entry gets fixed on the spot instead of at the end of the month, when nobody remembers when they left.
Employees see their list of time entries and the hours worked in the current shift in their web panel, and managers generate working-time, overtime and absence reports by employee, site or period. WhatsApp is the way in; the record lives in the platform, not in the chat.

Article 34.9 of Spain’s Workers’ Statute (Estatuto de los Trabajadores) requires employers to record the start and end time of each employee’s working day, every day, and to keep the records for four years. The Court of Justice of the EU requires an objective, reliable and accessible system (judgment of 14 May 2019, case C-55/18).
The rule does not say through which channel employees clock in. WhatsApp can be the way in, but the record has to be stored in software that timestamps it and prevents tampering; a group chat where everyone types their own time is unlikely to offer those guarantees. Always offer an alternative to anyone who prefers not to use a personal phone: FicharConMovil also works from any browser.
